We want you to be fully satisfied with your seating experience; if your new chair isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Disassemble and Pack
Carefully disassemble the chair and place all components into the original shipping box with the protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
